The Wills and Conveyancing Shop was established on one simple premise: the provision of straight-forward, affordable, and professional legal advice to the people of Birmingham and the West Midlands, making the law easily accessible to all.

Unlike the services offered by most solicitors’ firms, as the name suggests, the Wills and Conveyancing Shop operates as more of a “shop” – we offer a tailor-made service whereby you only pay for the services that you want and the services that you receive. You may engage us for help with all of your requirements; or simply with part of them, such as a Will or part of your property conveyancing. We can also help you with the completion of forms and legal documents.

Unlike many firms, we don't just operate a Monday to Friday, nine to five schedule. We understand that you too have busy lives and that you have to hold down a job; that’s why we are available for initial consultation both during the week and on Saturday mornings, allowing appointments to be made that will fit into anyone’s schedule.

We understand that it takes more than just a knowledge of the law to provide good legal advice.
